More cities plan for free community college

I’ve been seeing more and more announcements of cities creating free community college plans for their residents. Whether a high school student is looking at a vocational program, or someone is changing careers and in need of a new skill set, I think investing in community college access is a wonderful step.

Detroit is planning for free community college starting in 2018, and San Francisco will have free community college for California residents beginning in Fall 2017.
